Using Bitcoin for purchase
There are multiple options, each of the following accept payment through major credit cards and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
Payments with Bitcoin
- You need to cover the transaction/network fees when purchasing BTC
- Ensure you send the full amount as listed at checkout plus any fees to ensure there are no delays with your order
- ❗If an order is underpaid, your order won’t be processed and it will cause a delay❗
How to checkout
- Select PayNOW option on checkout page
2. You’ll be taken to the PayNOW secure checkout, it’ll look like this:
- Ensure the value matched the order value
- Enter your email for confirmation from PayNOW when the funds are received in our wallet (check spam, transactions can take multiple hours)
- Click “Next Step”
3. You’ll be taken to the following page with PayNOW
- ❗IMPORTANT❗ wallet address will change with each order, so please don’t save the address
- ❗IMPORTANT❗ copy the Address listed using the copy function only
- You can use the QR code with an existing wallet to transfer the requested BTC amount
- Alternatively, you can access one of the following websites to purchase the BTC and send directly to us:
- Mercuryo
- MoonPay
- Simplex
- Transak
4. Example using Mercuryo
- Ensure you’ve selected AUD as the currency and BTC as the crypto currency
- Click “Buy”
5. Paste the “address” as listed from the PayNOW checkout page
6. Click “Continue”
7. Fill out email and you’ll receive a confirmation code
8. Enter payment details
9. BTC will be received in our wallet within 24hrs
❗IMPORTANT❗ You may be asked to sign up for some of the crypto payment providers, there’s nothing wrong with this and usually really simple. If you already have a crypto wallet on an exchange, it’ll be easier to use that and send the BTC through the “send” function
❗IMPORTANT❗ Once the BTC is received, you’ll receive confirmation from PayNOW, if you entered your email address, and we’ll process your order the following business day.
